Your Trinity Exam Information

Please read the information below regarding your upcoming examination. Due to COVID, there are special arrangements in place for exams. If you have any questions or concerns, please use the form below. Please do not reply to the email received.

Where Will My Exam Take Place?

Trinity is not currently delivering face to face examinations. All students will be delivered via the submission of video presentations to Trinity, which will be assessed by their examiners.

When Will Students Be Entered For The Exam?

Students will be entered for exams by 30th November. From this point, there is a 14 day window to submit video recordings of pieces.

How About The Recordings?

Your child’s teacher (with support from Danny) will take care of recordings. It is expected that we will be back at Pulse for lessons following the current lockdown, (weeks beginning 7th & 14th December). During these two lessons, your pieces will be rehearsed & recorded. Each student will record three pieces and we will then submit these performances to Trinity.

How About The Aural Element Of The Examination?

There will not be an aural or sight reading element of the Trinity examinations for this session.

What If My Child / Family Is Isolating?

*Teachers will aim to record all three pieces during lesson 1 (w/b 7th December)

*Teachers will finish recordings during lesson 2 (w/b 14th December)

*If child / family isolation occurs at any point, and pieces are unrecorded, they will be completed by parents at home, with guidance and support from ourselves.

When Will I Receive Results & Certificates?

It is expected that results will be available in early January and certificates to arrive in late January at the earliest.
