Which examination board is this session for?
This is an ABRSM (Associated Board Of The Royal Schools Of Music) exam session. ABRSM is not connected to Pulse and the board will send an external examiner for the examination.

When will the exam take place?
Your examination will take place on Friday 26th April 2024. Exams take place between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The time of your examination will be confirmed once payment is received and you will receive confirmation no later than two weeks before your exam.
How long will the examination take?
Your examination will take no longer than 20 minutes. Please arrive 20 minutes before your exam appointment time.
Fees
The exam cost is set by ABRSM and Pulse has no control over the fees charged. Please refer to the email sent with this information link to check the cost of your examination. Unfortunately, all fees are non refundable following payment to ABRSM. ABRSM terms and conditions will apply in the event of illness etc.
If the examination takes place at Pulse, there will be an extra charge for management, hosting & accompanist (rehearsal & exam) where required. All fees are inclusive of all costs.
How do I pay for the exam?
You will have received a payment link in the email sent with this information This is a one off payment. Please note that candidates will not receive reminder emails – payment confirms your entry.
