Examination Entry 2019

The examination date is Saturday 16th July. Exam slots will be allocated on the date specified and each exam slot will last no longer than 20 minutes.

If your child has been entered for a digital examination, the video recordings for this will take place at Pulse Music during your child’s scheduled lesson and uploaded to the examination board by Pulse Music.

The examinations will take no longer that 20 minutes. You will be advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before your exam.

The exam cost is set by Trinity and Pulse has no control over the fees charged. Please refer to the email sent with this information link to check the cost of your examination. Unfortunately, all fees are non refundable following payment to Trinity. Terms and conditions will apply in the event of illness etc.

If the examination takes place at Pulse, there will be an extra charge for management & hosting. If the examination takes place outside Pulse, there will be no added fee.

When you submit the form below, you will be taken to the payment page. This is a one off payment. The deadline for entry is strictly Thursday 12th May @ 12:00 (mid day). Please note that candidates will not receive reminder emails – payment confirms your entry.

In the reply box at the bottom of this form, please indicate any dates that are not possible. Please only indicate hospital appointments or unavoidable clashes. Trinity availability of examiners will also need to be factored into arrangements.

1. Candidates feedback any unavailable dates at the bottom of this form. Once any issues are resolved – please make payment. If you don’t have any issues / questions – please make payment.
2. Once submitted – you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Pulse will communicate your exam date and time at least 2 weeks before the event. Exam rehearsals dates and times will also be communicated a this point.
4. The examination will take place.
5. Approximately 1 week following the examination, Pulse will inform you of your result.
6. Approximately three weeks following your exam – you will receive a certificate.
