The examinations will take no longer than 20 minutes each. We strongly advise that you arrive 15 minutes before your exam appointment time – PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARLIER THAN THIS TIME PERIOD. All students will have a short warm up before the exam.

PIANO & GUITAR STUDENTS DO NOT REQUIRE A REHEARSAL BEFORE THEIR EXAM. All Other Instruments (Strings, Woodwind & Voice) will require a rehearsal. Rehearsals will take place during the week leading up to your exam and we will contact parents / students in due course to arrange this.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Candidates are responsible for organising their sheet music and books for the examination. Pulse is the booking & host organisation for this exam session but is not responsible for candidate music (including accompanist music) or instruments. All questions regarding resources for your exam should be directed to individual teachers. Please note that the examiner will not allow photo copies to be used in examinations.
