Dear Students & Parents…

We hope that you are all well and safe during these extraordinary times. We wanted to let you know that we’ve been working around the clock to ensure that your lessons will continue, online, from next Monday. We’ve invested heavily in equipment & training for our teachers to enable us to deliver your lessons. We’ve turned our business model on its head in 5 days!

Your Weekly Lesson – Delivered – 1 to 1 – Online!

Take a look at the video below (it features your teachers) in which we explain how the process will work. What an opportunity for lots of practice & improved musicians!

Thank You!

We would like to thank the many parents and students that have been incredibly supportive, with special gratitude to all of our parents who work in the NHS or are key workers. Thank you for all you are doing. We also thank our team who have all gone to extraordinary lengths to make this thing work. We’ll see you all online next week – please watch the video and stay safe!

Best wishes – Andy & Sarah.

When Will My Lesson Take Place?

The day and time of your lesson is exactly the same as when you’ve been coming to Pulse. It’s just that we’ll be here and you’ll be there!

What Do I Need To Do At My Lesson Time?

Just be ready and waiting with your instrument and computer or tablet. The email address that we have for you – we will send you an invitation to your lesson to that email address. If you don’t receive it – maybe you used another email address with us so please check that one. Once you see the email – just click on the link and we’ll be online together in no time.

What If I Can't Do My Lesson At That Time?

Our normal procedures for cancellations apply – just send us a message via the app or drop us an email.

What Will Happen To Any Lessons That I've Missed Recently?

We said last week that we’d deliver classes to replace missed lessons. We have reviewed this and decided that we will teach your normal lesson during the week beginning 6th April. This would have been the first week of the Easter break but we’re catching up your missed lesson during that week instead.

What About Safeguarding?

As you know, all of our teachers are fully enhanced DBS checked. We have issued clear guidance to them regarding online lessons and ask that parents are present where possible for lessons.

Will Lessons Take Place During The Easter Holidays?

We said last week that we’d deliver classes to replace missed lessons. We have reviewed this and decided that we will teach your normal lesson during the week beginning 6th April. This would have been the first week of the Easter break but we’re catching up your missed lesson during that week instead.

Can I Get An Extra Lesson?

If you would like to purchase extra lessons, please drop us an email to info@pulsemusicliverpool.com and we’ll get you sorted. Extra lessons can’t be arranged with individual teachers.
